The reservation will be ASSURED by the expiration date that will be set in response to your email request.

Reservations are GUARANTEED only with the deposit notification or bank transfer at the minimum value of a daily. Our bank details contain the response email. The payment data should be informed - within the period of validity - via phone or email with the number of the identified reserves.

CANCELLATION of the reservation will be automatically and without notice if not occur notification of payment to guarantee the validity of the reservation.

Information about the rooms

• SPECIAL the units are spacious, modern, air-conditioned Split (quieter), LCD TV and conservatory on the ground-floor units.

• Luxury the units have air-conditioning.

• STANDARD the units - Are INDIVIDUAL with single bed and air conditioning or smaller COUPLE ones.

• All units SPECIAL, LUXURY and STANDARD have a fridge, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Payment

• We operate only with prepayment Daily and payment at check-in.

• Extra expenses and telephone calls must be paid daily for continuation of services.

• We have not made exchange rate and do not accept payment in foreign currency or "travel checks".

• For prepayment we offer 5% off on the daily rate, if you pay in cash. We also accept MasterCard, Rede Shop, Visa and Visa Electron. We do not accept bank checks.

• We invoice for registered companies.

Check in & check out

• Daily rates begin at 1pm and end up at noon

• Early Check-in - Daily half value - for the guest to get in between 7am and noon. (if there is availability).

• Previous Check-in at 7am will be charged as a full day.

• We do not make reservations for Early Check in.

• Late Check-out - daily half value - for the guest to leave from noon to 5pm. (If there is availability).

Reservation

• A confirmed reservation will be considered "No Show"* one hour after the scheduled time for guest entry.

• Guaranteed reservations will be held for 12 hours after the time set for guest enters the hotel.

• You will be charged the amount of daily referring to "No Show" guaranteed reservation.

Other policies

• Under 18 may only stay if accompanied by parent or legal guardian, upon submission of supporting documentation (Responsible and the child’s documents).

• We do not charge service tax, tourist tax or ISS.

• The rates refer only to the staying with breakfast.

• No animals are allowed to stay in the apartments

Cancelation & Refund

Refund of the advance payment will only be made for cancellation request 72 hours in advance of entry.

Guaranteed reservation changes may be made up to 24 hours in advance of entry. Cancellation and refund requests must be made exclusively through e-mail or in person.

There will be no deposit refund informed after the automatic cancellation.

Offers

We offer differentiated values above 7 daily for full prepayment by cash or bank deposit:
• Up from 7 daily discount of 7%;
• Up from 10 daily discount of 10%;
• Up from 25 daily discount of 15%;
• Up from 30 daily discount of 20%.
